Can I bring my vehicle to Pacific Automotive for service even though I purchased my vehicle thru a dealer?
Yes-you may bring your vehicle to Pacific Automotive for any service regardless of purchase location. We can perform all factory required services at a much lower price than the dealer, and we will let you know of any work that needs to be done by the dealer under the manufacture warranty.

What should I do if I need service?
You may make an appointment online 24 hours a day under the service tab. You may also call our service department at 858-483-1565.

Do I have to make an appointment to have service done?
Although an appointment is recommended for all services at Pacific Automotive, we will make every effort to provide outstanding service to anyone, anytime.

Can I pick up and drop off my vehicle after business hours?
Yes - we can accommodate any schedule with early bird service or after hours pick up. See your service advisor for details.

What type of warranty do you offer on your services?
All work done by Pacific Automotive is warranted for the period of 1 year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. Warranty work has to be performed in our shop and cannot exceed the original cost of the repair.

Will I pay a higher price to service my vehicle at Pacific Automotive than other independents?
Other independents may quote you a lower price for the same repair, but in most cases will call you back after the car is apart to tell you about additional items necessary. Pacific Automotive will always be less expensive than the dealer, but the service superior and personalized. Pacific Automotive aims to give you the lowest possible price at the highest value possible.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you have a Body Shop?
Pacific Automotive does not have a body shop on site. Pacific Automotive has partnered with Roger’s Auto Body to service our customer base. Roger has been in business for over 20 years and meets the strict standards of Pacific Automotive. Contact your service advisor for details.

Do you sell tires?
Pacific Automotive does not stock tires. Pacific Automotive has partnered with Discount Tire to get you the best price on tires as well as a nationwide warranty with free tire rotations for the life of your tires.
